As a former high school teacher, I know how much work and effort go into your four years of High school.  Now you are almost finished and looking forward to college and all of the experiences that await you there.  It’s an exciting time and there is so much to look forward to. As a mother of two children, I know that there can be an incredible financial burden that comes along with that education. I would like to help in some small way with that cost.

I am now a realtor in the Greater St. Louis area, helping many families find a place to call home. The place that we call home and the feelings that we have toward it, are different for each individual.  As you look to the future and think about the possibility of leaving home for the first time, reflect on what home means to you. You can submit a 300-600 word essay explaining what Home means to you.  The winner of this essay contest will receive a one time $500 scholarship to the college or university of their choice.
